Refund Policy


At Inateus, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience when purchasing digital game codes and/or content. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund or cancel an order. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities in these situations. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1. Right to Cancel
You are eligible to cancel your order for Content  within 14 days of receiving our Confirmation Email. To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly of your intention to cancel by contacting our support team at support@inateus.com. Please note that this right is subject to the conditions detailed below.

1.2. Errors in Pricing
If an incorrect price or product information is published, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may then reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you choose to cancel and have already made a payment, we will issue a full refund.

1.3. Defective Codes
If you encounter issues with a defective Code, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact Our support to request a remedy. We will assess the defect and provide a suitable solution.

1.4. Responsibility for Delays Beyond Our Control
If external factors beyond our control affect your ability to access and download Content, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the anticipated resolution time or mitigate the impact of the delay. If a significant delay is anticipated, you may terminate the agreement and request a refund for any Code you have paid for but have not yet received.

1.5. Termination Due to Our Actions
You may also be eligible for a full refund if you terminate the agreement with us under any of the following circumstances:

 

  • We have notified you of a forthcoming change to the Code, Content, or Terms and Conditions that you do not accept.

  • We have informed you of an error in the price or description of the Code you ordered, and you choose not to proceed.

  • There is a significant risk of delay in supplying the Code due to factors outside our control.

  • We have suspended the supply of the Code for technical reasons for more than 48 hours, or have notified you of an impending suspension for such a period.

  • You have a legal right to terminate the agreement due to an issue we have caused.


1.6. Pre-orders
You may cancel your pre-order by sending a cancellation request to support@inateus.com up until we notify you that your Code is available. If the Codes are withdrawn from sale before the general release or if the price changes before release, we will cancel your pre-order and issue a full refund.


2. Ineligibility for Refunds

2.1. No Right to Cancel After Code Validation
Once you have used a Code to download the game content ("Content"), you consent to the immediate execution of the agreement and forfeit any statutory right to withdraw or cancel. Therefore, once the Code is validated and used, you are no longer entitled to a refund.

2.2. Account Suspension or Closure on the Developer’s Platform
We are not responsible for any inability to use a Code or access Content if your access is restricted, blocked, or terminated due to a ban (temporary or permanent) imposed by the Developer. In such cases, we will not refund the price paid for any Code.


3. Refund Process

3.1. Initiating a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund under sections 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, or 1.6, you must notify us of your request by contacting our support team at support@inateus.com. Please include any relevant details to help us process your request efficiently.

3.2. Refund Method
We will process your refund using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice or request for a refund.
